Kate's Bio Kate Delegrange

Kate has studied world spirituality since she was twelve, when her father introduced her to his own spiritual library. Her grandmother Adele and her grandaunt Margaret were both professional psychics, and her grandmother Florence introduced her to the “wise women” of the backwoods of Kentucky with whom she shared a love of herbology, nature and the “knowing ways” throughout the summer visits of her child and teen years.

A life-long intuitive, Kate reconnected with her abilities about 20 years ago when she began to practice body-centered psychotherapy and discovered people’s bodies were giving her far more information than their minds! Six years ago she decided to hone these abilities at Psychic Horizon’s Center in Boulder, Colorado where she is now a staff member and a prominent teacher working with students in Boulder, Colorado, Burlington, Vermont and Boston, Massachusetts.

Kate has an eclectic background based in human and environmental studies that include M.A.s in Holistic Psychology and Environmental Leadership from Naropa University. She has participated in various walks of spirituality from Eastern practices to North and Central American Shamanism. Kate has lived in Africa, Asia and Central America and for years guided women’s journeys to the Mayan ruins of the Yucatan. Over the years she has worked as a researcher on indigenous and spiritual models of leadership; in group and community facilitation; as a massage therapist and as a psychotherapist. She finds that the clairvoyant teachings offer a container to make almost any form of spirituality a daily practice, and her work now focuses on teaching both individuals and groups to live with amusement and magnificence as Spirit in a human body.
